We offer two primary models: AI-Led Recovery, which is performance-based (a percentage of revenue recovered), and a Rule Builder tier, which utilizes a flat platform fee for custom automation. As a Design Partner, you'll help us fine-tune these tiers to ensure they provide maximum value for your specific billing needs.
What happens if no payments are recovered?
For our AI-Led tier, our model is built on alignment: we only assess performance fees on the revenue our AI successfully recovers. This ensures our objectives are always synced with yours. Custom rules built in our 'Builder' tier are subject to a predictable platform fee regardless of recovery volume.
Is there a minimum volume requirement?
Subcraft.ai is built to be accessible for businesses at various stages. During our current Design Partner phase, we are working with merchants of different sizes to ensure our recovery logic scales effectively, whether you are processing hundreds or thousands of monthly subscriptions.
